Return and Refund Policy

CRCC Return Policy:

• If you need to make a return, it must be within 15 calendar days from date of receipt. For shipped items, 15 days begins on the day of your delivery.
• If a return is made within 15 calendar days, customers may receive a full refund. Please note, this may take up to 5 to 7 business days to process on your card
• Customer is responsible for shipping fee if returning via mail
• Customers should email countyroadcc@att.net with their order number, items of return, and how you would like to return (return at pick up location or shipped.)
• ALL returns MUST have tags still attached
• Returned items will not be accepted if they have been worn, damaged, or stained. Damages include holes, rips/tears, etc. Stains include deodorant, makeup, food.
• CRCC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen shipments once they leave the possession of CRCC. If an issue occurs with a shipment, customer will need to file a claim with the delivery company.
